The Well-Treated Woman Cohort
Six weeks of hands-on self-treatment, taught by the person who's spent her career doing this work on other people's bodies.
I'm Carrie, a Manual Osteopathic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist. Seven years of clinical practice, thousands of bodies treated, hundreds of practitioners trained. I teach anatomy and clinical skills at the post-secondary level, and my own practice. I'm not guessing at this. I've spent my career learning exactly how bodies hold tension, and now I'm handing that knowledge to you.
You've been poked, prodded, and sent home with a prescription for a symptom nobody actually explained. The Well-Treated Woman Cohort takes everything I know from the treatment room and puts it directly in your hands. Six weeks, real self-treatment skills, no waiting room, no appointment you have to book around your life.
If the medical system has let you down
- Women who've been dismissed by a doctor and told it's "just stress" or "just aging"
- Women tired of chasing fix after fix without anything actually sticking
- Women who are done waiting for permission to feel better
If you're stretched too thin for yourself
- Women who feel like they don't have time to get to know their own body
- Women who know they need to slow down, but need something to force the issue
- Women who take care of everyone else and are finally ready to take care of themselves too
- Women who need accountability to actually follow through
If practitioners are complicated for you
- Women who can't get to a practitioner every week for maintenance and need something that actually sticks
- Women who love going to practitioners but want to take on some of that care themselves
- Women who hate being touched by random practitioners but know their body needs touch and care to heal
If you're ready to trust your own body
- Women who want to understand their own body instead of outsourcing it to someone else
- Women ready to trust what their body's telling them instead of doubting it
- Women who want real hands-on skills, not another supplement or gadget
This isn't a big time commitment. 3 to 10 minutes a day, and you're not doing it alone. I'm in the private group with you every step of the way, answering your questions and keeping you accountable when life gets in the way.
